ShopInDothan.com User Agreement
Privacy
Only when allowed will we collect personally identifiable information. Any information provided is used only in connection with ShopInDothan’s services. ShopInDothan.com will not give, rent, sell, or transfer any information to third parties. Cookies may be used to track all activities at our web site. Sensitive information is always stored securely and only used by select staff members in reference to your account and dealings with ShopInDothan.com. Services are not provided nor is information collected from persons 13 years or less.We will not make any notification of changes to this policy. It is the responsibility of the individual or interested party to check this page for changes to this policy.
Account Activation and Inclusion
ShopInDothan.com is a reference-based business listing service designed to compile those businesses in Dothan and the surrounding areas who display four distinctions: excellent customer service, high quality products, great value and good reputation among their community and other businesses. Those registrants seekinging inclusion who have any of the aforementioned qualities in question may provide two other business or organizational references to support their having the four distinctions, however, approval of inclusion rests at the sole discretion of Zabble Creative Group, LLC.Your service will be active and your payment account will be charged 1.) upon your complete online, telephone or in-person registration including complete contact, company and payment information 2.) after any references are confirmed.
Cancellation and Refund
Requests to cancel may only be submitted via email to membership@shopindothan.com. One must include their name and account information in your message. It is also requested that a reason for cancellation be given.It is understood that payment made is for the one month of business listing or banner advertising. Payment made is for the entire month beginning on the day of an account's activation. ShopInDothan.com will provide the complete service for the time paid for. Cancellation requests made in the middle of a billing cycle will be honored upon the beginning of the next billing cycle. No refunds or prorated amounts will be given.
Liability, Content
Zabble Creative Group, LLC does not guarantee the success nor any level of performance of your listing or ad on ShopInDothan.com. You are liable for payment of Zabble Creative Group, LLC for services rendered to you, regardless of response to your listing and/or ad(s). You retain all copyright to all original user content you add to the site. You may change or remove it from the site at any time. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or this User Agreement.Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. You expressly agree that use of the site is at your sole risk.
You are solely responsible for your activities on the site, and while using the site, including all user content that you submit or a third party submits on your behalf or using your account. You agree to indemnify Zabble Creative Group, LLC and it's officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns against any and all third party claims, actions, demands, suits and all related losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs and expenses (including by not limits to, reasonable attorneys' fees) included by an indemnified party arising out of or related to: (a) any violation of law or regulation from your use of the site, (b) any actual or alleged breach by you of any obligations, representations, warranties under this User Agreement, and (c) any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of the intellectual property rights of any third party by all user content that you submit or a third party submits on your behalf or using your account.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While Zabble Creative Group, LLC prohibits such conduct and content on the site, you understand and agree that Zabble Creative Group, LLC cannot be responsible for the content posted on the site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the site at your own risk.
Giveaways
Giveaways will be drawn at random on a monthly basis from among those entered in the ShopInDothan.com database. By registering for giveaways/updates through the online form, via mail or via registration promotion efforts, registrants authorize Zabble Creative Group, LLC access to use their image, first and last name, city and state for promotional purposes.Any registrant not having won with the previous six months is elligible. Family and employees of Zabble Creative Group, LLC and businesses owners participating in ShopInDothan.com's listing and/or advertising services as well as those thirteen (13) years of age and younger are not elligible to win. Individuals may be entered into the database without registering on the website by mailing their name, address, city/state/zip, phone number and email address to "ShopInDothan Giveaways," 116 Arcadia Drive, Dothan, Alabama 36305 or by giving their names through a registration promotion. Drawings are held and winners are notified each Monday by 11:59 am. Only those registrants that contact ShopInDothan.com by 11:59 am the next day (Tuesday) may claim their prize. If the participant does not contact ShopInDothan.com by the said time, they forfeit their prize but remain elligible to win.
